Welcome Crystal Kast

Welcome to the newest member of our team. Crystal Kast joined us this week as the new full time Executive Assistant.

Crystal comes to KLWCF with Over 18+ years combined experience in small business program and communication delivery, consulting, management and financial administration. She has an extensive background of working and volunteering with not-for-profit community organizations. Adding a personal interest in project management, marketing and promotion provides a well-rounded skillset to meet the needs of the foundation. She spends her off time enjoying the outdoors with her family and traveling when possible. Not originally from the Kenora area she is still learning everything that the Lake of the Woods area has to offer.

In the coming weeks Crystal will be training with both Diane Pochailo and Pat Alvestad in order to take over the duties they so generously and effectively performed for the Foundation as Volunteers for so many years. Pat and Diane look forward to “retiring”.
